Devisha Keshri Apr 14, 2021 08:36 GMT Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vice President M Venkaiah Nadu will interact with the various state governors on covid-19 circumstances, on April 14th said sources on Monday. It would be the first meeting of this type amid covid-19 and has been assembled in the center looking to push for stronger attachment to the pandemic protocols among citizens across the country. The development takes place after Modi in a virtual meeting with chief ministers had called for the collaboration of state governors and other experts of different fields in handling the pandemic with management guidelines, including for providing vaccination to the citizens. On 8th March in the interaction, the prime minister had asked chief ministers to make the ''maximum use'' of the governors offices, saying this will send a positive message and help bring people from different backgrounds together. ''under the guidence and leadership of state governors and chief ministers, all the states should hold all-party meetings and firm up applicable points. Pm Modi said that this is my request to the governor and the chief ministers to hold virtual webinars with all the elected representatives''.
