He also stated that the CBI keeps on asking him the same questions every day during the ongoing investigation in the excise policy scam case. Furthermore Manish Sisodia who was arrested over his alleged involvement in the excise policy case, during the court proceedings stated, Manish Sisodia alleges CBI questioning causing Mental Harassment “Every day from 8 am they keep asking the same questions. Documents don’t exist. They are making me sit for as long as 9-10 hours. It is not less than mental harassment.” Developments Delhi’s Rouse Avenue extend Manish Sisodia’s CBI custody till March 6 Next date for Manish Sisodia’s hearing in the case is on March 10 The CBI seeks further three day remand and tells the court that Sisodia was not cooperating with the probe. Senior Advocate Dayan Krishnan, appearing for Manish Sisodia opposed the application on extension of remand, saying an extension of remand by CBI not justified. Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj, had this to say, while reacting to Manish Sisodia "CBI has nothing to do with evidence and truth. They are only listening to what the Central government is saying. This whole procedure is meant to trouble Manish Sisodia." Manish Sisodia , in his bail plea had stated that he had joined the probe whenever he was called and said no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping him in custody as all recoveries have been made.
