CM Kejriwal ; ED's charge sheet completely fabricated, an instrument to topple state governments

Delhi Chief Minister has stated that Enforcement Directorate (ED) is being used by the Central Government to overthrow opposition ruled state Governments. Further stated that Charge sheet filed by the probe agency is fictional.

His response came after ED in its charge sheet alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) used money generated from the alleged Delhi liquor scam for election campaigning in Goa.

Responding to the query, raised by the Media, Kejriwal stated that claims made by the probe agency are ‘completely false’.

ED : Central Government’s instrument to topple State Governments

Further. Delhi CM once again stressed that ED is being used by the Central Government to harass and topple state Governments. He also stated that ED is also being used to buy out the MLA’s to bring instability in the State Governments.
"The ED has filed 5,000 chargesheets in this government's tenure. How many convictions have happened in these case? …Cases are fake, false allegations are levelled,"

He also stated;

“ED is not used to check corruption…it is rather used to topple state governments, to buy MLAs,”
