Delhi CM hits out at LG over rising crime in Delhi, asks him to quit

Delhi News: Days after two women were shot dead in Delhi’s RK Puram area, there has been another case of Robbery being reported from Delhi’s Pragati Maidan where two bikers robbed a man in a tunnel. The man was robbed off around two lakh rupees. The victim told the police that they were carrying the cash to hand over to one of their clients in Gurugram, as soon as they reached the tunnel, they saw these two bikers coming from the front and robbed them on Gunpoint.

Police hoping to nab the accused soon

This is not the first incident of broad day light crime in the National Capital, earlier also two women were shot dead in the day light in South Delhi’s R K Puram area. The entire crime scene was captured in one of the CCTV’s installed in the Pragati Maidan tunnel.  Police have gone through the CCTV footage and launched the investigation. The Police is hoping to arrest the accused soon.

Kejriwal:Allow someone else to come if you can’t perform

The Chief Minister has blamed the LG for the rise in the crime incidents in the National Capital and asked him to resign. The CM tweeted that the LG should quit if he can’t provide safety to the residents of Delhi and make way for someone else should to come who can perform better.
