Maruti Suzuki Fronx vs Brezza: Today we will be comparing two amazing compact SUVs from the same manufacturer. The Brezza which is available in the Indian market and the Maruti Suzuki Fronx which is expected to hit the roads this month. Let's compare them and see which one is better.

Engine and transmission

The 1-litre boosterjet engine from Maruti has returned, although it now receives assistance from a mild hybrid system. 100 PS and 148 Nm are produced by the powertrain as a whole. Moreover, it receives the 1.2-litre, naturally aspirated Baleno engine, which has 89 PS and 113 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission are available for the 1-litre engine, while a 5-speed manual and an AMT are available for the Baleno's engine.

A 1.5-litre petrol engine with 103PS and 137Nm is available for the Brezza. When operating in CNG mode, this engine produces 87.8PS and 121.5Nm if you choose the CNG model. Standard transmissions are a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic for the petrol-only variant, respectively. The Brezza's claimed fuel economy is 20.15 kmpl for the manual and automatic versions, and 19.8 kmpl for the latter. The CNG model, however, asserts to deliver 25.51km/kg.

Features

Fronx features a wireless phone charger, premium music system, automated climate control, sunroof, and a 360-degree camera in addition to a nine-inch touchscreen screen. Six airbags, hill hold assist, ESP, and ABS with EBD are all included in the safety features.

The Brezza comes equipped with a four-speaker sound system, a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A single-pane sunroof, ambient lighting, wireless phone charging, a heads-up display, and a 360-degree camera are also included (AT versions).

Price in India

The price for the Maruti Suzuki Fronx is expected to start at Rs 8 Lacs

Brezza pricing begins at Rs. 8.18 Lakh. Brezza has 15 variations and 10 colour options.
