Kaushiki Rathore: Kaushiki Rathore, of "Krishna Chali London" fame, shared her mother's secret recipe and a diet routine that helped her drop 15 kg weight in 3 months.

In order to reply correctly to many of her trolls, Kaushiki Rathore of Krishna Chali London fame got through an exciting journey of weight loss. The gorgeousness accomplished everything by herself to lose 15 kg in just 3 months, including creating her own nutrition plan and a list of her daily exercises. Kaushiki found it difficult to go from being overweight to being thin.

Actress was referred as overweight woman

The actress was frequently referred to as "that overweight woman from a TV serial" but this did not affect her mentally. In a recent media interview, she revealed the food and fitness routine that helped her turn her physique into a stunning one.

Kaushiki was questioned about her motivation for losing 15 kg in just three months in an interview. She responded by saying she used to be a big foodie with no self-control.

She said, "It hasn't been easy. First of all, let me tell you, I am a big foodie. I have a sweet tooth. I am addicted to food. Be it any emotion, I need food. In this mental condition, I had to make sure I stay away from junk food. It was very difficult to stay away from food. I have sweet cravings at midnight."

Though there are many different types of balanced, nutrient-rich diet is essential for maintaining health. The actress' diet, which assisted her in her weight loss journey, was brought up during the same talk with Kaushiki.

She said, "I would have overnight soaked oats with different types of fruits each day, dry fruits and green tea. I also made a special type of Juice, which is my personal recipe and it worked wonders for me. My mom would make something similar. It consists of carrot, spinach, amla, aloe vera and black salt. The taste was good and I could see the difference in my hair and skin."

Kaushiki eats simple homemade food

Kaushiki has a simple lunch of homemade daal, sabzi, and roti after a nutritious breakfast. She also provided some information regarding her nighttime meals and snacks. She said, "In the afternoon, would have a proper lunch - daal, sabzi and roti (gluten free). In the evening, would have dry fruits like peanuts, fox nuts. I couldn't leave sugar. I have my black tea with sugar. I would have egg whites, or green salad and before going to sleep I would drink milk."
