One gets relief from the heat but monsoon brings with it many health issues, the most common of which is gastric problems. Most of the people complain of gastric issues in this season. The growth of microorganisms is rapid in monsoon, which becomes the source of infection, allergy and other diseases. By adopting these five tips to avoid gastric problems and for your overall health, you will be able to enjoy this season and stay away from diseases.
Don’t eat junk foods
In monsoon, everyone has a craving to eat spicy or fried food, for which they start consuming more street food. Avoid street food as much as possible because food prepared in an unhygienic way contains microorganisms which can be harmful to health.
Eat fresh food
Do not eat food that has been kept for a long time or stale food. Food spoils quickly in the rainy season and eating it can worsen digestive health which can lead to gastric issues and more.
Stay hydrated
Drink as much water as possible to avoid gastric issues. Water is useful in digestion and keeps the body hydrated. But keep in mind, you must drink only filtered water.
Keep your immune system active
