Keep yourself hydrated

The first and foremost thing is to always keep your body hydrated. Drink as much liquid as possible to flush out toxins from the body and avoid dehydration. But keep in mind, consume only healthy drinks and stay away from cold drinks or alcohol. To increase immunity, take ginger tea or tulsi tea.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables

It is very important that you include more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Must eat seasonal things like mangoes, cucumbers, spinach in monsoon. Apart from this, consume Vitamin C-rich products like lemons, oranges and others, which increase immunity.

Add spices in your diet

Homemade food rich in spices helps in boosting your immunity during monsoon. Turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which boost immunity and reduce the chances of falling ill.

Avoid junk food

Do not eat fast or junk food in monsoon. Apart from this, fried food and processed foods should also be avoided because they weaken our digestive system, which invites stomach related diseases. Always eat nutritious food that is cooked immediately.
