CURRENT AFFAIRS Citroen pledges to safety! Offers 6 airbags as standard across its entire range in India, what it means Akshat Kashyap Feb 02, 2024 07:45 GMT Citroen: Carmakers have been attempting to gradually add this safety element to their inventory, even though India currently lacks a six-airbag requirement for new cars. Citroen, the French automaker, is the most recent to announce this upgrade to their fleet, albeit it will not immediately feature six airbags. Rather, starting in the second half of this year, or July 2024, the Citroen C3, Citroen eC3, and Citroen C3 Aircross will receive this safety improvement. Only dual-front airbags are available on these three locally produced Citroen models.
