This was a more effective method of carrying out the Central Ministry's directives. He claimed that there are chances for further growth in this sector because it is less crowded. Health Drinks Under Food Safety and Standards Act The Food Safety and Standards Act of 2006 does not define "health drinks," as the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has previously said. It would be incorrect for e-commerce websites to list dairy, grain, or malt-based drinking items as health drinks, according to a request made by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
