Ampere Zeal EX: Ampere Mobility has introduced the Ampere Zeal EX, a new entry-level electric scooter, to the Indian market. The starting price for this electric scooter is Rs 69,900, ex-showroom. This electric scooter will be sold by the company at dealerships in Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh. All about the Ampere Zeal EX

Key specifications

With a motor that can reach 1.8kW in peak power, the scooter can reach high speeds of up to 50–55kmph. For city commuters, these are often acceptable. A 60V, 2.3 KWh Advanced Lithium Battery is then provided for the claimed 120 kmph ARAI range (under standard driving conditions).

Features

The Ampere Zeal EX also has drum brakes, telescopic front and twin-tube rear suspension, and a maximum weight capacity of 150 kg. Ampere is including a 60V, 7.5A Li charger with the e-scooter that it says will charge it completely in 5 hours.

Price in India

With a range of 120 kilometres on a single charge, the new Ampere Zeal EX is an absolute beast for long rides! And that range is offered in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand for Rs 69,900 (ex-showroom) and the rest of India for Rs 75,000 (ex-showroom), both of which are incredibly affordable prices. Also, the Zeal EX comes with extra perks worth Rs 6,000 when purchased by March 31, 2023, according to the parent firm Greaves Mobility.
