Air Conditioned Helmets Under Trial For Police On Duty At Signals In Scorching Heat Of The Sun, What We Know

Air Conditioned Helmets: Helmets are turning into air conditioners for traffic police doing duty at signals during the scorching heat of the sun. A new initiative is being taken by the department to help policemen stay fresh and cool even during hot weather. To turn helmets into air-cooling devices, batteries have been used to power the helmets. As a result of this, police personnel will be able to get rid of dust, heat, sunlight, and most importantly, pollution. During this experiment, a few policemen were spotted wearing air-conditioning helmets.

AC Helmet for Traffic Police To Deal With Hot Days In Summer

Traffic police are usually provided with raincoats and jackets for winter and the rainy season. However, policemen have to do their duty on the road under the scorching sun. Although the rainy season is ongoing across the nation, when it does not rain, the city is very hot in the afternoon. Wearing air conditioner helmets, the police personnel are doing their duty in a much better condition even in the scorching heat.

What Are Air Conditioner Helmets?

The design of this helmet is similar to the commonly used helmet, but inside it, there is a fan that gives cool air like an AC. To use this helmet for several hours, timely charging is required. The battery and the helmet are connected through a wire, which has to be tied around the waist of the person. However, this experiment is still in its initial stage. How useful it will be for the employees, its information will be revealed only after its completion.
