OBD2 Compliant 2023: The government has mandated OBD2 Compliant engines for two-wheelers in India. To reduce pollution levels, the government of India has taken this step and mandated the necessity of OBD2-compliant engines. 

This On-board diagnostic system is efficient in detecting technical failures in bikes or two-wheelers. This system is found in all modern cars and vehicles. With this OBD2 system, all components of a vehicle are monitored so that their performance can be tracked. Moreover, it can also be helpful to detect any technical glitch that may occur unexpectedly.

As the government has passed a new norm for two-wheelers, Royal Enfield, the bike manufacturer updated its bikes as per this newly introduced norm. The government has introduced this now to make two-wheelers companies come up with vehicles that produce less carbon emission.

The legendary two-wheeler manufacturer company, Royal Enfield has introduced its Classic 350, Himalayan, Interceptor 650, and Continental GT 650 bikes, which comply with OBD2 norm and E20 fuel.

This Royal Enfield Rider Mania is expected to be held on 24th November and will continue until 26th November 2023. It is an amazing event organized for Royal Enfield riders across the country. in this Event, riders take part in competitions, races, and several other fun activities. Apart from this, a musical event is also held in the evening for music lovers. Even though the event is yet to be held, its bookings have already begun. People or riders who are interested can complete the registration process for this event, which is expected to be held in Goa.

Can Himalayan 450 Be Unveiled At This Event?

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 can also be unveiled at this event. However, it has been confirmed yet. This bike will be a powerful version of the existing Himalayan. Moreover, Royal Enfiled can also launch its 400CC engine capacity bikes with  6-speed gearboxes in the coming future.
