Weather Update: North and northwest India could see hot days that are above average, according to the Indian Meteorological Department's warning. Thus, parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh( including Lucknow) and Madhya Pradesh would all be impacted by the heatwaves. Furthermore, these states will continue to have warm, muggy evenings. Many regions of India, particularly Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, are predicted to receive much-needed rainfall during the upcoming monsoon. For the region's agriculture and water supplies, this seasonal rain is essential. The meteorological agency here stated that Jammu's extreme hot conditions would persist.

IMD forecasts that there will likely be rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tamilnadu and Kerala. However it is expected that there is prolonged and intense downpour in several areas of West Bengal, Sikkim, and Lakshadweep. Heat wave to extremely hot conditions are predicted to be present in several areas of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, and certain portions of Uttar Pradesh. However the same is predicted for isolated areas of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. As per the specifications of IMD, there are heat wave conditions in some areas of Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Vidarbha, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha and the Jammu division. The Patna would see heatwave in daytime and the night would be warm.
