Mahindra: The increasing demand for SUVs is being strategically tapped into by Mahindra, a major participant in the Indian auto industry. By introducing the Scorpio (Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic), XUV700, and Thar into its exclusive SUV lineup, the business has been able to successfully shorten the lengthy waiting periods of 1-2 years to a few weeks. Mahindra's recent drive to dramatically increase production capacity is credited with this admirable accomplishment.

With 101,000 Scorpios (including N and Classic), 71,000 Thars, and 35,000 XUV700s reserved as of February 1st, Mahindra has about 226,000 open bookings. The company plans to end FY24 with a monthly capacity of 49,000 units.
