Kawasaki Launches 2024 Z650RS in India; Will it Give Honda NX500 a Run For Its Price; Check Details

Kawasaki Z650RS: Kawasaki is proactively updating its entire Indian portfolio to remain competitive in the market. In a recent development, the bike manufacturer has expanded its Indian offerings by launching the all-new 2024 Z650RS. The new motorcycle comes with a scrambler look and can be purchased in a Metallic Carbon Grey paint scheme in India. 

2024 Kawasaki Z650RS: Upgrades

Kawasaki launched Z650RS in the International market last year. In India, the Z650RS is priced at Rs 7000 more than the intonation price of the bike. The 2024 Kawasaki Z650RS has arrived with multiple upgrades such as added traction control features. However, some major updates have been made to the design and styling of the motorcycle. 

2024 Kawasaki Z650RS: Design Upgrades

As far as the design is concerned, the motorcycle retains its basic design elements and overall form factor. The bike still comes with a teardrop-shaped fuel tank. Additionally, the bike now comes with a circular LED headlamp and a twin-pod instrumental console. 

Suspension duties of the Kawasaki Z650RS are handled by the same telescopic front forks and a preload adjustable horizontal Link system at the rear. 

2024 Kawasaki Z650RS

The all-new 2024 Kawasaki Z650RS comes powered by the potent 650cc parallel twin engine which generates a maximum power of 67 bhp and a peak torque of 64 Nm. The powerhouse comes coupled with a 6-speed gearbox. 

2024 Kawasaki Z650RS and Honda NX500 Price Details 

The 2024 Kawasaki Z650RS comes with a price tag of Rs. 6.99 lakh and its greatest rival in India market Honda NX500 starts from Rs. 5.90 lakh. So, the Kawasaki Z650RS fails to give the Honda NX500 a run for its money. But, the Kawasaki Z650RS also comes with a bigger 650cc engine which justifies its pricing.
